Terms of Participation & Liability:
Participation in the Moldan Cup is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
The individual running events are organized and carried out by independent local organizers.
The respective event organizer alone is responsible for organization, execution, safety, course routing, on-site timing, and for any accidents, injuries, or damages.
Any claims of any kind (in particular claims arising from accidents, injuries, material or financial damages) cannot be asserted against Moldan Ortho GmbH & Co. KG.
The participation conditions of the respective race organizers also apply.
Minors may only participate with the consent of a legal guardian.
Legal recourse is excluded.
Rankings & Prizes
The following rankings are conducted as part of the Moldan Cup:
Fastest female runner / fastest male runner
• (best individual time from the two fastest races)
• Participant with the highest number of completed races
(determined by lottery)
In the event of a tie in time or points, the better individual time decides.
If a tie remains, the decision is made by drawing lots.
